Registration Checklist
Step 1: Register
Registration For Preschool and Kindergarten is Ongoing
Registration for Grade 1 through Grade 8 Starts February 4, 2010
- Registration is an ongoing process until class fills
- Registration is for Grades K-8 and Extended Day
- Packets for Current Families will be available for pickup at the Open House on February 4, 2010
- If a packet is not picked up, it will be sent home in the Friday folder on February 5, 2010
Step 2: Financial Aid - apply before March 31, 2010
Registered families can apply for financial aid through Our Lady of Peace's service provider, TADS, who will conduct a financial need assessment. The online application process is confidential.

Step 3: Payment Process
June 2010
Tuition is collected through TADS (Tuition Aid/Data Services).
Via email registered families will receive an agreement from TADS showing Tuition costs and any Financial Aid. This agreement will need to be signed before the first day of classes in the fall of 2010.
Families have 4 payment plans to choose from:
- One Payment in August 2010
- Two Payments; August 2010 and January 2011
- Ten Payments from August 2010-May 2011
- Eleven Payments from July 2010-May 2011
Families have 3 Payment options (paid directly to TADS):
- Check
- ACH Withdrawal
- ACH Credit Card (VISA/MC, Discover or American Express)
Step 4: Back to School Packets
August 2010
Back to School Packets are mailed to all registered students.
This packet includes:
- Consent and Emergency Contact forms
- District Pupil Health Services form and Annual Health form
- District Secondary Guidance/Counseling Services form (7 th and 8 th grade only)
- Textbooks, Standardized Tests, and Individual Instructional Materials form
- Free/Reduced Lunch application
- Purchase school supplies. Check out supply lists .
